FH reader Connolly sent me this shot of Peter Berlin by Robert Mapplethorpe with the following comment:

'I was not a fan of Peter Berlin until I saw him photographed by Robert Mapplethorpe. Berlin rarely let anyone take his picture and most of his iconic images were self portraits. Mapplethorpe brought out a side of him that was far more beautiful than the way he chose to photograph himself'

I am embarrassed to say that up until this week I had never heard of Colt Studios. Certainly more research is required.... When FH reader and friend BP sent me this shot of Colt model Jeff DeYoung I certainly need to find out more about this blond Adonis. So beautiful. I can see why the images of Jeff made such an impact!

Today's Blog reader favorite picture was sent in by Paul. Paul has emailed me several times, usually about Playgirl models (something I am not really an expert on) so it was no surprise he chose this amazing shot of Jean-Robert LeCocq of his all time favorite picture.

Jean-Robert LeCocq and his pictorial appeared in playgirl back in 1981 and Paul tells me it was the first time he saw an uncircumcised penis that resembled his own. Up until then he felt odd and deformed. I can see why the picture would be so meaningful to Paul.

Today I begin posting the Favorite shots from some of the readers of FH.
First up is Ben Adams as sent to me by Jill.

Jill is one of my favorite blog readers to hear from as she always has comments about my posts and is a great source of encouragement. Jill has also been responsible for several posts over the years on FH and had me spending quite a bit of time on the hunt for pics of Jay Ryan (aka Jay Bunyan). Jill Chose this shot of Ben Adams. Ben is an English singer-songwriter, best known as a member of the popular Boy band A1.

Jill says of Ben:

'I simply adore this guy. It's Ben Adams, a pop star from the UK, and he is simply gorgeous. He's cute, funny, witty and has the most beautiful hairy body. Here's a shot he did for a magazine. Sensational *swoon*, he's a super furry hunk'
