Merry Christmas! With my special Xmas cards

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

FELIZ NATAL!

Well, we are almost there, so I hope you all have a wonderful and peaceful time during the festivity.
I'm sharing with you, some of the Christmas cards I have 'made'. They are pictures that I have taken from some of the nicest and cutest decorations and shop windows around town. I love London when all the Xmas lights are all lit, I hope you can get a little feel of it too!

I got excited with the idea and ended up turning this fabulous Barbie Xmas tree picture into a 'card'. I loved it so much that I actually have sent it all my friends! They just know, it's so ME!

The gorgeous light decoration from Selfridges at night.

Wooden soldiers in front of Paul Smith on Westbourne Grove, could not be any more Christmasy.
Ho, Ho, Ho...

Hello Kitty Headphones

Hi guys,

As we are approaching Xmas, my head still full of ideas (!) and I have been coming across a lot of stuff... things that I would love to have. Mad about Hello Kitty as you guys know I am, this week I ended up coming across the perfect accessory to go with some the items which I posted about a couple of weeks ago.(The Hello Kitty Ipod dock and Hello Kitty Ipod covers, click here to have a look at them.)

Now, all you need is set of Hello Kitty headphones to finish off the look! Those from Coloud are just fantastic. There are so many different designs and the headphones itself, have such a retro feel to them. I also like their size because they cover your whole ear, so in the winter they are useful as well as practical.

Well, I am showing you guys some of the Hello Kitty designs but there are many other characters to choose from. Betty Boop, Bob Square Pants and Marvel to name a few. Prices range is from €39,00 to €49,00(euros). In the UK retailing around £35, quite a reasonable price.
I really want the one below, the colourful Hello Kitty one! I totally ♥ it!

See you soon.

Farrah Fawcett Barbie.

Hey guys,

I hope you all have been keeping well and warm! Sorry for the lack of posting lately but I wasn't very well this week, I had another bad cold and didn't have much energy to do anything. Thank God, I am feeling like myself again and I am ready to blog!

In a total revival of the 70's, Mattel has now created one it's most iconic and beautiful Barbie dolls ever. I'm sure you will recognize that gorgeous smile and THE flicked hair style that was a huge trademark of this angel.

You have guessed... is the Barbie Farrah Fawcett! In the very same pose of the famous poster that sold over 12 million copies. This fantastic doll was a prototype and there was only one for sale, (which probably has been sold) for $1,500. There is no reason to despair if you are a collector, the doll is due to be released some time in the Fall 2011.

It's a little rich girl's dream but I would love to have one!

See you soon.

Hello Kitty ear muffs

Hi guys,

I am ever so sorry for the lack of posting lately, I have taken a few days off, it's been a busy time for me and I really needed a break. In the meantime, I have been checking on your blogs and I hope you all have been well.

Well, tonight's post is all about Hello Kitty! It's been a while since my last Hello Kitty post and there's nothing that cheers me up so much, as our lovely Kitty.

I completely fell in love with these ear muffs as soon as I saw a picture of one of my friends wearing them on Facebook. I instantly knew I had to have them. So, I questioned on my Facebook page where this amazing pair of ear muffs was from, soon my inbox was receiving a few messages. Hurray! Some of my friends who have kids, knew they were from H&M.

So straight after work, I went to my local H&M kids and got a pair. They are gorgeous aren't they?
Only £2,99. An irresistible must buy!

Do you think I can pull this one off?

See you soon.

Hello Kitty and the city

Hello guys,

Having a quick break from blogging about make up and fashion... Today posting a little bit about my adorable Hello Kitty! YAY!

I am screaming with excitement and happiness! 'Monopoly' has always been one of my favourite board games ever. Buying properties, dealing with money and going to the jail are kind and funny memories from my childhood, laughs... Therefore, I was so excited when I came across Hello Kitty's version of Monopoly. IT'S JUST SO CUTE! Maybe I would have enjoyed even more as a child but still, I really want one right now!

Oh, even the money is so kawaii!

I don't think I'll be able to resist it! Since it's on sale at Amazon USA, only $29.

See you soon.

Hello! Hello gifts and Hello buys

Hi guys!

Hope you all have been keeping well. Thanks so much to all the messages! I had a wonderful week hiding away in the country, relaxing in the hot tub and eating loads of ice cream. It was great!

While I was away I had some Hello Kitty gifts and buys! I love my HK stuff and the collection keeps going on and on...

I'm coming back with a quick post tonight, specially for the Hello Kitty lovers. Let's hope you enjoy it!

Present number 1: This watch from swatch flick flack, it's very sweet and fits me perfectly but I think it will be rarely worn. I see it more as collectible item. It comes with a plastic pencil cup holder and 2 pencils. I love the box too! (Sighs)

Present number 2: This cute flip flop! Another adorable addition to my collection. Unfortunately, I would not step on HK, her little face would come off after a while, how sad would that be?

And then I got myself these lovely Pez dispensers! How could I not? The special box for starters is so gorgeous. It's a collectible item with 4 special see through dispensers. (2 Hello kitty, 1 My Melody and 1 Kuririn.)
I just melt like butter when I see ANYTHING with My Melody on it too and so this was a fabulous buy! Plus it looks so old school. The colours and the characters take me back to when I was 10 yrs old. I love it!
I also bought one of the normal dispensers, a classic pink one. So cute, why not?

I still have to show you guys my entire Hello Kitty collection! One day I will gather everything, it will be a huge post.

See you soon.

Issue number 1 was released with a dinner plate at a promotional price of £1.99! It was so hard to get hold of one. I spent 2 days running around town, went to about 30 newsagents to find one. Finally hurray, smiles, I managed to get one :) !
Issue 2 came out with a couple of mugs and issue number 3 with a lovely pasta bowl, all priced at £4.99 each.

So here, is my how my collection has been developing.

Next issue, will be cereal bowls. I believe there will be another 10 issues to complete the set. New Barbie + Louboutin

Hello everyone,

Tonight just a quick post about the new Barbie by Christian Louboutin.

This week this gorgeous doll, which is the 'Cat Buglar' sister has been released and most certainly is another must have for your collection.

She is much more toned down than her sexy sultry sister, but still 'Dolly forever Barbie' looks fabulous on a simple safari dress with an amazingly gorgeous pair of pink boots. She is accompanied by a selection of shoes too, of course...

What else could we expect from our beloved doll? Just another fabulous shoes collection which will make any woman drool.

I'm sure it will sell like hot cakes too...

Run for it!

Barbie wears Louboutin.

Hello guys,

Today's post is about Barbie!

I love Barbie... I always have. You guys know I have a Hello Kitty collection, but I also have a Barbie collection too. It's not a big one, nothing compared to the world domination of HK.

I currently have 9 Barbies. I always tried to buy a few different ones, with different hair colour like brunette and red. By the way, I love red haired Barbies, I must say I went through a stage of buying a few of them, and then I had to stop, otherwise my storage room would soon burst.

I bought my first Barbie at the age of 9. I had to beg my mum for ages for her to get me one. I am sure she was avoiding it, as she knew a simple doll would not come cheap.

Soon, along with Barbie, I was demanding all the stuff that Barbie just has to have, of course... Living room, bedroom, swimming pool, hairdressing salon and boutique, not forgetting that fantastic bath and shower with swans on the shower door! (Totally heart it).

With the items that I had, I would then get together with my cousins and neighbours and have an actual Barbie town going across my entire flat. That was the only way she could properly drive her pink metallic convertible!

Nowadays, Barbie demands more than that... She wants her shoes designed by Christian Louboutin!

And so Christian Louboutin has collaborated and created this amazing limited edition doll.

Barbie 'Cat Burglar' has a very audacious cat suit and 3 absolutely gorgeous and adorable pairs of Christian Louboutin shoes and 1 pair of leopard print boots which are just to die for. They all come with appropriate shoe box and shoe bag as well.
OMG!

I also love that she red haired! After all, it's my favourite colour for Barbies.(I have 3 ginger ones.)

A must have for your collection and a good investment too. They are currently on sale for £100. Sold out presently at Net-a-porter, but more coming out soon.

See you.

Hello Kitty's 35 th Anniversary

Hello and Meow!

If you're a Hello Kitty fan, you must know Miss cute cat is commemorating her 35th anniversary! Hello Kitty was born on the 1st of November, 1974.

To celebrate, Sanrio has had many different collaborations from cool designers such as Anteprima, Linda Farrow, American Apparel, Lochcarron, Dr. Romanelli and Asics to name a few.

I was checking the website of uber trend shop 'Colette' in Paris, which I have always wanted to visit but now I certainly want pay a visit even quicker... Hello Kitty specials will only be available until the 5th December! (Can we get on the Eurostar now, please?)

They are selling a fantastic collection of collectible items and a section of the shop was especially decorated for HK anniversary.

Check it out!

(- Click on the pictures to enlarge.)

I would love to go there of course, but if that is not possible you can have a good old browse on their website.

So whilst browsing, funnily enough I took a fancy for the most peculiar toy which is the medical and anatomy versions of Hello Kitty!

It's a bit weird and extremely cute at the same time as Hello Kitty organs all have cute bows and Hello kitty faces. I totally love it!

Designed by the cool Dr. Romanelli these toys are made by Medicom. There are 4 figurines to collect the anatomy one, in blue and vintage, and the medical one, in green and candy stripe versions.

I want them all pretty badly!
